    ATTENTION : la chair d'aubergine peut être plus ou moins amère : la gouter avant d'ajouter les autres ingrédients. Si elle très amère, ajouter une petite cuillère de sucre pour lui enlever son
    amertume.<br>
    De même vous pouvez ne pas mettre l'ail ou le cuire au four en même temps que l'aubergine pour en réduire la puissance !!!<br>
    Quant au jus de citron personnellement j'ai en mettre plus que une cuillère à soupe, je vous conseille donc, comme d'habitude de partir de la liste des ingrédients et gouter gouter gouter
    ......<br>

        <title><![CDATA[CREME DE BETTERAVE A LA NOISETTE EN DEUX TEXTURES]]></title>

  <strong>Ingrédients</strong> : 400 g + 250 g de betterave (crème et cubes)<br>
  400 g de crème liquide entière<br>
  Le jus d’une orange<br>
  2 cc de cumin en poudre<br>
  2 cc moutarde<br>
  2 cc sel<br>
  4 cc poudre noisettes<br>
  Huile de noisettes pour assaisonner les cubes de betterave dans le fond<br>

  Couper le reste des betteraves en gros morceaux, mixer finement.<br>
  Ensuite ajouter les autres ingrédients (le jus d'orange, cumin, moutarde, sel, poudre noisette et la crème liquide) et mixer à nouveau pour obtenir un mélange lisse et homogène.<br>
  ATTENTION : selon la puissance de votre mixeur, la crème va monter en chantilly ou pas, alors commencez à ajouter la moitie de la crème dans un premier temps : le mélange ne doit pas être trop
  liquide. Vous pouvez aussi monter la crème séparément (sans sucre) et la mélanger ensuite aux betteraves assaisonnées et mixées.<br>
  Mettre la mousse obtenue dans une poche à douille et monter les verrines de la façon suivante : au fond une couche de cubes de betterave très fins assaisonnés d’huile de noisette et de sel.<br>
  &nbsp;Couvrir légèrement avec de la « granella » de noisettes (noisettes concassé grossièrement). &nbsp;Couvrir avec une couche épaisse de mousse de betterave<br>
  Réservez au frais jusqu'au moment de servir (au moins 1 heure).<br>
  Juste avant de servir décorer avec des grains de noisette et un radis rose découpé en rose ou des boutons de roses ou des noisettes .......</span><br style="mso-special-character: line-break;">
