    Replier plusieurs fois le petit triangle sur lui-même, de manière à former un samossa.<br>
    Déposer les triangles au fur et à mesure dans un plat allant au four et les réserver au frais jusqu'au moment de les cuire.<br>
    Allumer le four à 200 °C (th.6/7) et les faire cuire 10 min. Dès que les samossas sont bien dorés, servir sans attendre.</span></span></span>
